“We stayed here during CMA Fest and the location was excellent. It was convenient to downtown activities, and the property manager, Carol, was very responsive whenever we reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues affected our stay. The washing machine was not usable, which required us to hand wash clothing during the week. The shower handle had an ongoing repair issue, and the building’s main entrance could be opened without a code, which raised security concerns. We……

“We had an amazing time staying at this condo! The parking was amazing for Nashville. We were there for a cheer competition and walked to the Nashville Muncipal Auditorium all 3 days! Also walked to Broadway and back along the river. Super quiet area perfect for a relaxing evening after a hectic day. Felt completely safe with my 2 teenage girls. ”

“The apartment is very nice and very well appointed. Actually, I would reserve it again. The problem was that the code for entering did not arrive on time. And I was not able to get it resolved with the phone contact provided until the next day. Had to go to a hotel the first night When booking, make sure you get the code ahead of time. Otherwise very nice stay”

“My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!”
