“Amazing service and apartment. I booked a condo for 3N4D at Coda. The checkin process was smooth. The staff at the reception was polite and courteous and also guided us how to explore the city. The rooms look exactly like the picture. A must stay for all people looking for a place with innumerable amenities.”

“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. “Very nice place in a great neighborhood. Only complaints were noisy headboard on the bed, no kitchen towels, blind on balcony door that didn’t fully close, and the dishwasher needed rinse aid. But very quiet and roomy.”

“The space was very clean and nice. The neighborhood was very nice with a metro station 10 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We were greeted every morning by the star spangled banner and raising of the American flag as the naval base is across the street. The hotel changed ownership after we made our reservation and didn’t communicate very well with the new ownership so we were not given the check in information as promised. A couple phone call quickly……

“Clean home with comfortable beds. Easy to get to all the sites in DC. About a 12-14 minute walk to subway, but we usually choose a 2 minute walk to the bus- very easy to use. Host responded quickly to all our questions. Some street noise, but normal for a stay in a city.”

“Didn't realize it was a basement unit, but it was in a quiet neighborhood. It costs only around 10 dollars to get a Uber to the museums and national malls. And a safe walk to some fun restaurants around. ”
