“I’ve been coming to this hotel for about 4 years. It was never a 5 star but it was decent, inexpensive and friendly. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. Aside from things I could overlook like the standard pillows on the king size bed, a press on nail beside the bed side table and scribbling on the wall, I couldn’t overlook being ignored when requesting new towels, multiple times and when I asked for my room to be cleaned specifically new sheets after my daughter had an accident, not only……

“We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great.”

“I was having surgery so I couldn't have breakfast but my husband went down and breakfast was being served and he said everything was good and hot. As for the staff, not impressed. She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. She didn't tell me which way our room was or anything else we should know except the wi-fi was our room number. She wasn't rude just very dry. She also should use her……
