「The amenities for this property were great, and the grounds were beautiful, but the property itself wasn’t very clean. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets and there were bugs in the loft. Some of the lights didn’t work. There was no salt or pepper & we had to buy our own coffee and extra toilet paper etc. So if you’re going, bring everything you need. The phones were answered by an answering service who knew nothing about the property and could only page the management. We had fun but we were...

「Condo was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated. Views through the treetops of the golf course lake. Coffee on the deck in the morning. Had some trouble with door code and wifi, but communication with rental agent was good. Comfortable California King bed. About eight steep steps up to entrance which we seniors and our baggage navigated slowly. Love Big Canoe and all that area has to offer. We would stay here again for another getaway.」

「Property was great - well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Big Canoe while waiting to close on a new house. The directions for check-in should include the unit number, not just the building number. That was a little confusing but otherwise the place is very nice for a stay in Big Canoe.」

「Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We ran into a small snag at the gate when we arrived, but Matthew was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. Matthew was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend his condo. The condo is also pet friendly, but a small deposit is requested. In the end, we decided not to bring our pet. One suggestion for future guests who are coffee drinkers, be...
