“Very nice stay”

“Communication with owner was terrible. They did not tell us construction was going on. Could not walk over to pool from room because of construction. Had to walk around. They did not care. I was told they would come spray for bugs and never did. Otherwise great check in experience and room location. ”

“Awesome stay! Owner was great with communication and property was really clean. It was a nice surprise to have some treats and “oops I forgot” items available like hair ties, makeup wipes, etc. The pool is heated and clean and can’t beat the direct beach access. Definitely would stay again ”

“Unfortunately when we arrived we realized there was a misrepresentation of the amenities on property such as having a hot tub when there is not one. In addition, we had asked prior to booking if there was construction on property and were lead to believe there was none. Upon arrival there was significant construction around the pool area. All of this we could have looked past but upon entering the building and the unit there was an extremely strong cleaner smell that after an hour was making us……

“I’m very disappointed because it is not as advertised in the listing. The condition of the room is significantly different from the photos.Some of the issues we’ve found include:* The entire property has a strong smoke odor.* The bed sheets appear dirty and unsanitary.* The carpets are extremely dirty—to the point that walking on them barefoot turns the bottoms of our feet black.* Overall, the property is not clean or in acceptable condition.”

“The best part about the stay was the check in ease. It was all downhill from there. The place wasn’t very clean, we had to come in and run to the store for Clorox wipes for the toilets and sweep the floors. There was several noticeable repairs that needed done. The beds weren’t very comfortable at all and the pillows extremely flat. The unit was hot even with the air running and the curtains pulled the unit stayed hot and it wasn’t even that how out. ”
