I recently stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Daytona Beach and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the incredible view from my room. Waking up to such a beautiful scene each morning truly made the trip feel special and added a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From check-in to check-out, they were always willing to help and made me feel genuinely welcomed. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was a great variety of options, everything was fresh, and it was the perfect way to start the day without having to leave the hotel. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Daytona Beach. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was beautiful and clean. I was annoyed that they said it was ocean view and although it was partly true you mostly see the parking lot and the restaurant next door. So lots of people watching occurred!! The free breakfast area was clean and the staff there did a wonderful job keeping everything fresh and well stocked. The worst part about the stay was the water pressure… practically nonexistent in the room we stayed in… seriously a trickle… enough to do the job but hurry out. Room 212. Plenty of parking but of course we went between the Daytona 500 and bikeweek so it wasn’t busy. Beach walk distance from plenty of stores including ocean walk.

Room and bathroom was clean. Water pressure in the shower was really bad. Breakfast was great. Check in and out was quick and easy. Be ready to have a white noise app/machine ready to go. There is a club right next door that’s open till 2 am and they are jamming all night.

Staff acted courteous but didn’t solve any issues. The pool wasn’t clean. When we asked we were told they were working on it but we never saw anyone clean it in 3 days. It was cold the first night but our heater didn’t work and maintenance couldn’t fix it and yes, he offered us another room but by then we were cold and not feeling like we could move all our stuff we just unpacked that late (I am elderly). They did not disclose they were charging us for nightly parking. The frig did not work and out drinks did not get qqcold and the ice machine on our floor did not work. They didn’t have a DO NOT Disturb placard and promised us one twice but we had to go down to get one. The floors looked clean so they were swept but obviously not mopped cuz our feet were filthy after 10-15 minutes so we had to wear socks the entire time and they were also dirty. The orange juice was watered down til it tasted like water with no juice, same as syrup. The Fabiosa cleaners were so strong we both got some bus issues the first day but fine after that. We would have and did overlook much of this but things add up.

Staff excellent! Location was fabulous! Breakfast was nice, plenty of options The pool was dirty and not functioning. Pool man was lazy and complained about the guests. Not good! Room was clean. Our door would not shut without slamming it. I brought this to the attention to guess services and they immediately fixed it!! Would stay again but check on the oool first!! 😊

The place is a bit small but nice. Some areas need some work, but the staff is very friendly and efficient. The breakfast area is good, even though some other guests tried to take over the whole place. The employee was very attentive and well-organized, and I would definitely recommend it for one or two nights. Excellent!. I also work in a hotel as an engineering supervisor, and customer service is my top priority.

Extremely loud music playing till 2:47am shaking our hotel windows from bar Nextdoor was ridiculous! When I called at the desk they could have careless “well you should have looked at our website that we have a bar next to us” is what she said. No apologies no room change no nothing! We had a very big competition to be at the best day and none in my family slept until the music went off. Next is where I have an even bigger problem, the front desk can compensate the room because of Expedia, she refused to give me a receipt and passed the buck to Expedia. This whole place is horrible, from waiting 20 minutes for an elevator to the lack of parking that you have to pay 15.00 for but they have NO SPOTS to park in. Lastly, when I finally got to my car there was a huge pile of human feces right by my car! I can’t make this up, I’m still shocked how no one had taken any accountability for all of this. Between emails back and forth with Expedia charging me for a night I was there to the noise pollution and disappointed stay.
