Enjoy your Daytona Beach stay in this ocean-view condo where you are only a short walk away from one of the Florida's best beach and beautiful, clear, aquamarine waters. Enjoy a king-size bed, large sofa bed, a kitchenette and free parking. Conveniently, there are Publix and fine restaurants across the street. Only about two miles to the Lagoon Waterpark, Boardwalk, Ocean Center, Peabody Auditorium, and Ocean Walk Shoppes & Restaurants. Minutes to the Speedway. Only 1 hour to Orlando.

Please be advised that because of ongoing repairs after recent hurricane Ian, the management keeps both pools (outdoor and indoor) and restaurant/bar closed. We were promised that the repairs will be completed soon, and those amenities will reopen. We sincerely apologize but this is beyond our control. We adjusted our room rates to compensate you for this inconvenience.

The condo was very clean and as pictured. We were originally just going to sleep two nights with out-of-town travel during the days, but our plans changed. We ended up spending more time at the beach. It was unfortunate that the amenities were all closed still. However, it was a good stay with just the beach.

Mini vacation

My boyfriend and I booked this condo for part of our road trip getaway. The condo was perfect and the view of the beach every morning was amazing. The owners were very nice and helpful and made the entire process a breeze. Beach acess was convenient and clean. Location was also central and easy to find. We would gladly stay here again.

The room is the best i mean its super nice.. however the condo is still being rebuilt out ! Hard to get to the beach must walk alllll the way around the condo building to get in and out .. the pools are closed which is in the description however didnt think it would look so bad. We didnt stay over we had small kids and they really wanted a pool this place would be best for adults only !!! Person opinion...

Great condo by the beach

The owner was very responsive when we needed to check in early from our cruise as well as accommodated an hour later check out due to our flight being delayed. The co do was very clean with everything we needed for a home away from home. There were beach chairs that we used at the beach and the kitchen had everything. We had a fantastic week! Thank you again!

Perfect getaway

The listing is just as described - picture perfect! Wonderfully clean with ample amnesties for an entire family. The communication with host Anton couldn’t be more detailed and prompt. The instructions provide on both stay and how to navigate around the resort and area was helpful and thoughtful. I have added Anton’s condo listing on my future trips from now on. You will not regret this stay!

Dry nice condo unit.

The unit itself was wonderful. Anton and his staff treated us perfectly and other than the pool area and the downstairs restaurant that they told us was not in operation. Everything was great. It looks like the pool was damaged during the hurricane season and not put into repair other than that. Everything was great and I knew about this coming into the condo and Anton was very.honest about this before hand.

We had a good stay here. The unit was very clean and the host was prompt and accommodating. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the actual condo/property itself. Pretty run down, hallways smell like mold and just gives a sketchy vibe. Once in the room it’s like being in a completely different area. Property management company needs to up their game for the tenants that are living/renting the properties, pretty shameful for such a nice area and you can tell at one point it was an amazing condominium. Lots of blame on one of the hurricanes from about 3 years ago, but I highly doubt it would take that long to rebuild

Clean room and great view

This unit fit my needs just fine. It was clean, comfortable bedding, and couch to do work. This seems like a perfect unit for someone there for an extended stay working. Kitchen was small but offered a full-size fridge and two-burner stove top if you wanted to cook. 5th floor view of the beach was great, but it is a walkway so not entirely private. The pools are still in disrepair from the last hurricane and you have to walk around the building to access the beach. For those reasons I would not bring my family to stay there and thus give this unit 4*. The price is fair for those conditions and a much better deal than the hotels I was considering so if you're on a budget, this will work. The property managers are great and communicated well. I did not fully read the long check-in email and mistakenly went to the front desk to check-in. That was totally my fault but do NOT make the same mistake. The guy at the front desk was a complete jerk.

Be aware of hotel and patio damage

Our host was fine, he answered promptly when I contacted him. The price was low at the time (looks like now it’s jumped up), but we felt that was a fair price because of the immense damage done to the patio/pool area by hurricane Ivan making it totally unusable. The hotel was a former resort, now individual rooms have been sold instead and are rented out as “condos” but the property is a shadow of its former self. Our room was clean, and the bed very comfortable, but was smaller than it looked in the photos. The one bad thing was there was NO storage in the room. Not a chest of drawers in site. If you are there for an extended stay you live out of your suitcase, or have your clothes all over the sofa because there literally isn’t one usable drawer. The sofa is a sofa bed but pulling it open for more people would make the room almost unusable considering there is already a king size bed in the room. The kitchenette is small but usable, as is the very small bathroom. For my husband and myself it was ok, we were in town for personal business and not looking to lay out by the pool (which was filled with thick, green, water, swampy looking). The damage to the grounds is NOT the fault of the condo owner, but whomever is managing the property should drain the pools, I can’t imagine the bacteria and filth in that water. All in all, the place was ok. Not luxury or spacious but adequate for our needs at the time. Put some lighting by the bed and fix the storage issue and it would help
