Nice property just steps to the beach

We have stayed a number of times in northeast FL and in the Palm Coast area. We usually rent a home for a month as we did with this property. This one was exceptional. Very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The bedrooms were nice size and beds were very comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. The property has a full ocean view from the second deck. We liked the fenced in backyard for our dog. The beach entrance was very close and the beach was beautiful. Very quiet area. But close to everything.

Plenty of room and well appointed. Few steps over the dunes to the beach. Ongoing construction along the street makes for a dusty drive but otherwise "non-invasive".

2nd year here. Love this home and area

This home is at a perfect location for us. We have 2 dogs so the fenced yard is great. This year our family came and they loved it too. The beach is wide and uncrowded which makes for room to run and play with kids and our dogs. We already booked for next year!

Beautiful home in an excellent location!

This house and location were perfect! The home was spacious, very well appointed and nicely decorated. Loved all the different ways we could relax outdoors and with excellent view of the ocean. Felt like we had our own private beach… so close and not many people. We brought our dog and he had a blast on the beach with our kids. Alina our host was responsive. We only had 4 days and wished we could have stayed longer!

This property did NOT disappoint! All the kitchen amenities we needed. Enough space, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Love this house! 10/10 would stay here again. The 20 steps it takes to get to the beach and the sights from the patio are well worth every single cent spent on this property!

Great fun

Amazing house!

This property is amazing. The house was perfect for our family: spacious, modern, and clean. The only suggestion I will make is that the grill be checked. We didn't have enough propane to grill after the second day.

Perfect every time

This was our third time returning as snowbirds to Alina's property. Huge house, nice yard, 50 yards to the Atlantic, can't beat that. New pizza place and other restaurant were nice additions to 386, JT's Fish, Publix (2 mi away!), BBQ place, AIA Fisheries. Highly recommend going to town for Mamaling Asian Fusion. Great stay and daughter/beau came to enjoy a weekend here as well. Armadillo loved the back yard, as did our dogs.

AMAZING!!!!

Absolutely perfect. Such a short walk to the beach! BEAUTIFUL house. Loved the screened in porch for rainy mornings, upper deck for breezy evenings looking out at the ocean. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard! Lots of extras in the kitchen! Had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to return! Thought it was too good to be true….let me tell ya…IT IS TRUE.

Great Summer Getaway

The location of the property is 5++, the street wasn't paved and there was continual earth moving equipment while we were there, but that is the only negative that I have with the neighborhood and the home. The home is very spacious and comfortable, it had all the amenities we needed just as was stated in our welcome package. The agent was very responsive to all our request. I would go back for sure. Great place for families with kids who love playing in the ocean.

We had an amazing time. Would love to book again! Our family (all adults) had plenty of room to themselves. Beautiful upper deck and view of water. Just steps from the beach. Fenced yard was great for our dog! Excellent communication with property manager. I’m bummed the dates we need for next year aren’t available. Wonderful Home!

This house is beautiful! We were a party of 9 aging from 20-86. Everyone was very comfortable. We all had space to spread out but also had space to be together when we wanted. The house really couldn’t be much closer to the beach and running back to the house for a water or potty break was so simple with the very short walk over the dune. The house is decorated beautifully and the back yard is perfect for pets. Being able to sit up on the top deck and see the sunrise over the Atlantic was icing on the cake.

Second year in a row, wonderful place to stay!

This was our the second year in a row that we chose to stay at this house. It is wonderful! Three families and lots of room! We love that it's a big enough house for everyone to have plenty of space, it has a yard for the kids to play in, it's close to the ocean (not too far to walk for the little ones), and it's affordable for young families like ours. We also love that we practically have the beach to ourselves for as far as we could see. The owner of the house does a wonderful job of keeping up the house, providing everything you need, and, if there happens to be a problem, replies right away. One day we drove into Daytona (about 45 minutes) and ate the best crab legs we had ever tasted! Another day we drove 30 minutes to St. Augustine and enjoyed touring and shopping. This location is truly the best of both worlds!

Our second winter in a row in Palm Coast

We loved being here in 2018 so rented the home again for 8 weeks in 2019. It's 50 yards from the beach, great views from the 2nd story porch, excellent fenced-in back yard for privacy and to keep the little ones (kids or dogs) close at hand. Location is good with A1A Fisheries within a mile for the best snapper/grouper/fresh catch of the day. Biking is super on the wide sidewalk paths (wouldn't attempt the narrow bike lanes on the hwy but many do). Hiking along the shore or bike path is great. Groceries/gas stations are an easy 2 miles away, JT's restaurant 2.5 miles and many options 10-15 minutes away in Palm Coast proper. Flagler Beach is 11-12 miles south with dozens of eateries with beach views and no franchises--strip looks probably like it did 40-50 years ago. Don't miss Sally's Ice Cream or Swilerbies donuts. Back to the house: perfect, newish, comfortable for a crowd but there were only 2 of us retirees save the couple weekends our daughters came to visit. Orlando within 2 hours. Owners Alina and Edward offer truly exceptional service: minor things went wrong (smoke alarms) and they were over in a heartbeat to help with repairs. Only complaint--didn't use the hot tub because the chemicals were a bit strong. Otherwise, this is a fabulous vacation home.

Wonderful Thanksgiving beach vacation

This was one of our best VRBO experiences. Every Thanksgiving, we travel to a beach destination with another family. This house accommodated our 2 families (8 kids ranging from 14-1) perfectly. We had a couple issues pop up that were quickly resolved. Customer service is absolutely 5 star. We had some trouble opening the front door upon arrival. I was able to instantly reach Alina by phone and she helped us get inside through the garage and had someone out to fix the door literally within half an hour. We found that there were no waffle makers in the kitchen. I sent a message and 2 brand new waffle makers were delivered to the door the next morning. The location is as pictured- a stone’s throw from the ocean. Our kids were in and out of the ocean each day. No worry about dragging everything down to the beach for the day- go back and forth as you please. The kitchen has plenty of dishes. We cooked a traditional Thanksgiving meal without any trouble. The only thing lacking was an electric mixer (we made do with a Ninja in the cabinet) and the pots/pans and knives could use a refresh. Kids loved the hot tub and fire pit. It was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home

We enjoyed the house, which was more than big enough for our family of 6 adults and one dog. Lots of dishes, pots and pans. The house was very clean but something’s just didn’t work such as the masterbath tub was missing all but one of the jets, again not why we rented but would had enjoyed a soak. The fire pit was great and we enjoyed s’mores and sitting around the fire just relaxing at night. The hot tub was really nice after the long drive and the full day of sightseeing. I loved that there was more than a single roll of toilet paper in the house and plenty of beach towels. The beach was close by, as pictured, however there was only a steep walk way over the dunes, no steps and difficult to manage at times. This didn’t keep us from the beach but it should be noted somewhere. The check in was supper easy and getting ahold of Alena was easy also, she offered more than once to visit if we had any issues, but vacation is all about rolling with the flow and relaxing. Which is exactly what we did here and chilling out in a great place like this house was easy. We loved the location, lots to do in the area, wish we knew about the St Augustine night time lighthouse tour also if you brought your dog there is an awesome daycare center called Pet Palace which has everything to make it your dogs favorite vacation spot also. This was a great vacation house and hope we are lucky enough to get back here again.
