We enjoyed our stay

We read about the rocks in the beach after booking. We were nervous, but it actually was a neat area. The biggest issues were with the description and photos. There was a picture of a fitness center, however it was not accessible for building 1. There were photos of kayaks , that was a completely irrelevant photo. A basketball and tennis courts were in the description. You had to cross a 4 lane highway to access the tennis courts. There was a rusty basketball stand in a parking space , no hoop, no net.

Great view

We had an overall great stay. Our favorite part was sitting out on the spacious balcony after a long day at the beach or pool! The kitchen has everything you need, which was very useful. Our only complaint is the cleanliness. There were a few things leftover from previous tenants (personal belongings, trash). We also were missing pillows for the trundle bed and pull out sofa. After speaking with property management, brand new pillows were brought over promptly. They did offer to have a cleaner come but we declined due to needing to work remotely. I’d recommend staying here as long as they were more thorough with the cleaning - especially since you’re charged a cleaning fee.

Surf Club 1palm coast FL

We love this area of Anastasia island. We actually loved our condo and all of the restaurants in attractions nearby. The few of the beach out the front windows was beautiful. I the management company was very nice and came quickly for two small repairs that needed to be done, the downside was that it took three weeks of our six weeks day before we were given a key to the heated pool. The description on VRBO also stated that we would have access to an exercise room that we never were given a key to. We would’ve like to return next year but three days after we were there were told that it was already rented out for next year. Typically when we rent a property through VRBO, we have a few days to put in a request for the following year if we want to stay there. If you’re looking for a quiet area right on the coast, this is a good spot.

Attention to detail, some misleading

The location is beautiful! We were very disappointed to enter a unit not yet cleaned from the previous guests so a few hours were wasted at the start. In a Covid time, this was concerning- more frustrating because management didn’t contact us back at all after our three attempts to reach them…very poor when you’re an out of town guest depending on reassurance and questions answered from your rental owner. The property was very nice and quiet with pleasant neighbors. The front door lock was ridiculous and needs to be replaced! Don’t plan on swimming at the private beach near the property if you have concerns or children - the rocks make it impossible and you have to drive to a nearby public beach. In all my family had a lovely stay in Palm Coast but we would rent elsewhere next time.

Overall great

So I never give reviews, but I felt this needed to be mentioned. The AC went out on our last night. I called in to the emergency number around 10:00 PM and requested a call from property mgmt. John called within seconds and had a repair man out within the hour. We had an 11 hour drive the following day, so a good, cool night’s sleep was very important. Thanks John for the prompt response and for taking our complaint seriously. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great condo location

Very hard to get in condo with weird lock and slider door to balcony hardly moves. Found 2 bugs in kitchen on counter 1st night. Could be cleaned better. Would stay here again but not this unit.
