"The Carriage House is as described. Was a great place for my husband, mum, two pugs and I. We hosted two nights for dinner for our family we were visiting. It was a tight fit for the 10 of us but it was very cozy and fun. It had mostly everything we needed but when it didn’t, like a measure of cup, Andrew provided it. The fenced in yard was my favorite. We love in CA in a rural area where we can’t let our dogs out unattended. It was so nice to open the door and let them out. They loved the grass...

"The house was outdated but very clean and more than adequate. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit was not functional. It was rather warm our weekend and early season, but we would expect the owner to stay on top of things like that. We would definitely stay here again with a guarantee that the AC is functional."

"Very impressed with our stay. Private location, an oasis in the city that is close to everything in Grand Jct. More space than we expected in the house, tons of space outside for our kids to roam. Loved petting the horses and feeding the goats. House cooled down real fast which was great after sitting through outdoor graduation at CMU, and the bed was super comfy.
