The air conditioner was full dust and there was black stuff around the door. The room was filthy and not worth $95 maybe $15 and that's being generous. I had sleep in my clothes, jacket and shoes. “wouldn't recommend for a single female solo traveler... felt like a pretty sketchy neighbourhood. the doors open right onto the street and there's only one small lock to make you feel safe. smoky/mold smell in room. didn't sleep well. killed a big spider lol. A/C works well. parking was fine. great location close to downtown Memphis, which was why I chose this. next time i would go with something a little safer.”
