"Best of both worlds, the beach and the pool. Was nice to be able to walk or swim to Tiny's Hurricane Hole. The house was roomy and nice, only draw back was would have been nice to have AC in the main living area and kitchen. We were able to use a fan and force air from one of the bedrooms. The house is a duplex but no one was staying on the other side and there were no neighbors close by.I would recommend this house."

"Our stay at this villa on Long Island was absolutely extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, Phil and Debbie, who greeted us at the airport. Their hospitality set the tone for an amazing trip.The villa itself was beyond stunning. With a group of seven, we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The swimming pool was breathtaking, and the views were simply spectacular. Having a boat right at the dock added a sense of adventure to our stay.The location of the villa is perfect, right in the center of the island, giving us easy access to both the north and south. Additionally, having a grocery store and liquor store just across the street made everything so convenient.A huge thank you to Phil, Debbie, and their sweet dog Cheerio for making our stay so memorable. This villa is a true slice of paradise, and we’re already planning to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a magical getaway on Long Island!"
