“The house is in a great location - quiet, established neighborhood but close to lots of amenities. The landscaping on the property was a bit overgrown. The back yard was large and there was furniture but the cushions were worn and dirty or missing. The house was large and spacious. It was generally clean but there was quite a bit of dust under the beds and on wall hangings. The kitchen was well equipped however an outlet near the stove was loose and the oven older. The house could be amazing……
