“The property is exactly as described. Looks like it has been newly renovated with new furniture. The beds are comfy, a nice welcome for a restful sleep after being outdoors on the beach all day. The kitchen is fully stocked as is the coffee machine. Also, included some tea options which was a perfect way to warm up after walking the beach. The hosts are very responsive to questions and very accommodating, before and during the stay, even provided an outdoor grill in the off season. We did not……

“We visited Asbury Park for a music festival, and this property was perfect! Cody was an amazing and accommodating host. For example, we needed to iron some clothing prior to dinner on Friday evening, and couldn't find an ironing board. I messaged Cody, and when we came back from a long afternoon of shopping, there was a brand-new iron and ironing board waiting for us on the front porch. We felt like kids on Christmas morning. I highly recommend staying here and will do it again when we come back……

“My visit to The Allenhurst was pleasant. Small space but accommodated all my needs for a two night stay. Pretty quiet. Bed and pillows were comfy. Everything was clean. The only thing i would consider is perhaps a tiny bedside lamp so I wouldn't have to get up to turn off the overhead lights once I settled but that was minor and not a big deal at all.
