"Staff were very unfriendly and not welcoming at all.Infact we were made to feel they were doing us a favour by letting us stay there. They wanted an extra £35 per person just to use the pool or spa area but had no interest in us as guests. Rooms were drap and basic would not ever stay there again "

"All was just delightful. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, location was close to perfect, room was very clean and tidy, small, indie shops close by. All made for really lovely weekend.
