"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room.
This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home.
I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered.
The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable.
The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it.
We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

"This hotel is a characterful gem. Relaxed vibe. The guy running the hotel is very friendly and if you have any issue or request you can whatsapp him rather than going to reception, which I found super convenient. I wish more hotels did that! Tip: Buy bottled water for drinking as hot water mixes in with the cold tap. "

"The property was very smart and clean, with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the location ideal for getting to the beach and into town. "
"We stayed for 2 nights in the triple room and had the best time. Firstly the location is FAB! You couldn't get any closer to the beach. The room was comfy with a great sized bathroom. Lovely tea/coffee facilities in the room. The hotel staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were celebrating my mums birthday and they decorated the room with a banner and we had a drinks voucher for the bar which was a lovely touch. The breakfast each day was perfect. So much choice with cold and hot foot available. My son has a diary allergy and they were very clear with what he could/couldn't have. The only slight downside is that there is no parking included and that there is no lift to the top floor. But we knew these before booking so it wasn't an issue for us."
"This is a lovely property tucked away right in the heart of Broadstairs just 20m away from the esplanade overlooking Viking Bay, Broadstairs’ main beach and harbour. The owner was helpful and welcoming. The property is also only very short walks to the array of beautiful restaurants that Broadstairs has to offer. Try Sardinia, again 20m away, and with great food and service. We spent time wandering around the art galleries and other quirky shops, but also longer walks along the beaches and cliff tops which are part of the riches of this part of Kent. And then returning to the house for peace and rest. We had a good, relaxing visit."

"Lovely location and views and lots of room. Just spoilt by wardrobe not erected, sink plug would not come out & similar with bath plug - but thanks for putting right straight away.Could have done with bedside lights either side of bed and manual about how to work TV (we did sort eventually!) - we are an older couple! Also had to ask how to switch the cooker on as without a manual.Felt kitchen saucepans etc could have been of a higher quality - both frying pans had dents in"
