「We really enjoyed our stay at The Yarrow hotel. The building is impressive, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food very good. We had a standard double room, which was adequate with everything you needed in it. The only downside was that the bed was a really small double , so we didn’t sleep that well. Other than that, we would recommend the hotel. It has easy access to the town and sea front - 5 to 10 minute walk. We would stay there again, but would choose a room with a bigger bed.」

「Staff could not be more helpful and were always happy & willing to talk to guests. Food in restaurant was exactly what I have come to expect from Shepherd Neame Hotels and Pubs. I had room on 1st floor with access to roof terrace which had an excellent view of Viking Bay and the Sea. I found room very quiet at night with only the sound of the sea to be heard in the background. 」

「We enjoyed our stay the beds are comfy, rooms clean, staff were great, the area was great for our purpose and the food in the restaurant freshly cooked and extremely tasty. Plenty of parking available and the manager kept on top of everything. Well run establishment. My only issue was that I had an accessible room and the window let traffic noise in which disturbed me at night and there is no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc」

「This hotel is located very close to several restaurants. We easily walk to one each night. The staff upon arrival were frustrated and seemed to take it out on us. When booking with Expedia you can't use the check in kiosk at any Premier Inn. They only had one computer working and were irritated and had no immediate solution of how to pay for parking without a reservation number to place at the parking meter. It got sorted out, but felt like we were a problem to them. The room and parking...

「We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time. Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill. Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle. We could not get through to the staff on the phone so...
