"This is my preferred hotel, when I’m in the area. The price is good, and the location is perfect for me. I’ve tried other hotels in this price range, and this one is the best. Comfortable rooms, lots of tv channels, lots of nearby dining options."

"The hotel itself was great, but the staff was incredible! I love they replaced your towels at Hilton properties now every day. But from the maintenance staff to the person who hosted the breakfast to the front clerks, and all around the staff was wonderful! We loved Freda from breakfast,. Helpful and personable beyond expectation! The front desk staff was amazing! Mae, Marie, Beth, and I believe there was one other one that were there while we were there went all out to assist us! We have been to this hotel many times because we have family in Mount Zion, but this may have been the best stay yet!"

"Great host. Excellent communication. Clean house with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Nicely decorated, comfy bed, lots of space. The internet was good, and we appreciated being so close to the school. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only downside was that we like to watch tv in bed before we go to sleep and neither bedroom had a tv in it. Good tv in the living room. "

"Listing did not match the description. Home smelt terrible of smoke. Carpet, couch and property was very unclean. Standing water in the basement that made the house smell even more. Only 4 clean towels for 3 people and 3 nights. Only 1 extra blanket. No hand towel for bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper as there was less than 1 roll. Door would not lock shut unless we pulled up on the entire door and held it up while it locked. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to make it so we could stay. Contacted VRBO to try and get this fixed. Spoke to the host and they never responded. Worst experience ever and use VRBO several times a year. "
