「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. 「We booked a last minute weekend stay here after our original flight was cancelled. The staff was beyond friendly and the location was wonderful.. about 2 blocks from the French Market, close enough to the action but not so close that you were up all night. 「I want to discourage everyone from staying at the Royal Frenchman… in order to keep this place to myself! Don’t stay here if want a modern hotel, with many modern amenities, lacking in character and charm. 「Check-in and everything during the stay was easy. Hotel has a great vibe and handy location. I imagine some of the rooms by the street might have been a little noisy, but we had no issues during our stay over a weekend. We had a car and parking was easy, and not too expensive in the lot on the same block as the hotel. 」
