「The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We were met by the owner, Mark, on arrival, who was very welcoming. He provided lots of local information, including walks and pubs marked on an OS map. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There are several properties here, but all wirh separate entrances and outside seatinf areas so they feel private. It was a great base for a few days in the Suffolk countryside. 」

「We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .」

「When it says “ Sea View” it means it . Clear view of the bay all the way to the Port of Felixstowe. Very close ( 100 metres) to the beach but on a quiet campus away from the noisy seaside “ attractions “. It is the old Sanitorium to the now closed Felixstowe College. 「Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new. The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots) Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan. 」
