“Room was clean but there was a mark on the bedding which wasn't too savoury.
We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things. If we had stayed another night we would have asked to be moved as the hotel wasn't full. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast. ”

“Although the host was charming, the accommodation was not. The room was so small, you had to squeeze around the bed to get to the bath. There was a table and 2 chairs wedged between the bed and the wall. What once was a closet housed a toaster, coffee maker and small fridge. ‘Breakfast’ was a do it yourself in the room with packaged rolls, slices of bread, two cartons of yogurt, juice and milk. This would have been ok if spread on a sideboard down stairs but not in the room. There was no shower,……

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"!
Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……
