「There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.」

「We booked a room at the Fairmont at 9:00 pm on our way to Dallas because another hotel cancelled our room last minute. We didn't reach the fairmont until 1:30am and when we arrived the lady at the front desk told us the room we had booked through expedia wasn't available. She ended up giving us a complementary upgrade to a very nice (and huge) suite without us even having to ask her to help us. The hotel was very nice and very clean. The pool area was wonderful and we had a great stay. Thank you...

「The facilty smelled nice and was clean. The room was clean and well stocked with quality travel-sized products. The pillows and bed were comfortable and the temperature was well-regulated throughout the facilty. I have stayed at more expensive places that were not as well-kept and have also (recently) stayed at places with MORE stars that were no where near as nice. Perfect stay before your flight out of town. 」
