"The day of check-in right before we were boarding our plane I was required to pay for a damage waiver. I felt like this should have been done when I reserved the property. I was told I needed to complete an online ID check, but was never told where to do this. When I asked, all they sent me was a link that only gave me options for a late check-out. The pool was cold, so we did not use it. Also, we wanted to sit on the patio, but there was no propane in the grill or the fire pit. We had to buy our own toilet paper, kleenex, and a roll of paper towels. We had six people staying for four nights and were given two and a half rolls of toilet paper, no kleenex, and a half used roll of paper towels. When I reached out for more, I was told that the cleaner said there is more in storage. No information on where storage was or how to access it. The drain in the master shower wouldn't drain and neither would the sink in the main bathroom. The property is listed as four bedrooms, but in actuality it is only three bedrooms. They claim the trundle bed in another room, but they don't have extra pillows or comforter for it. The only thing we found was a sheet in another closet. We needed to dump the trash and there was only one bag! This property is pretty, but I would not recommend it. The lack of amenities was more stressful than it was worth!"

"Located in a friendly quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 3 adults and two teens. Good communication with the host.The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun right out the back door. We look forward to another stay at one of Stacy’s properties. "
