"This hotel is an old comfort Inn that has been converted to a Hilton. The amenities and the standard fall short of what I am accustomed to being a longtime Hilton customer and staying at all of their different properties. There’s nothing wrong with the place, but it doesn’t meet the expectation of Hilton. "

"BOOK NOW!!!! If this property popped up as available for your search, book it! You wont regret it. I was beyond impressed and so thankful for booking this property with Ginny and Joe! I never write reviews, but this MORE then deserves one! The thoughtfulness and well stock property was perfection. The fishing bait that was in the freezer was such a sweet touch! We enjoyed spending time here, great neighborhood, fun things to do near by and a quick highway day trip to Sedona! We caught fish, made smoothies in the blender, sat in the pool/hot tub. plenty of sunning chairs for all 6 of us to relax and sunbathe! took paddleboat trips around the lakes, met great neighbors and made so many memories! My younger son, loved that Ginny would turn on /off the pool fountains by request 殺 and If you have teenagers , I DOUBLE RECOMMEND this property, such a great layout for having your own spaces and so much for teens to entertain themselves with while actually hanging out with you ;) 10/10, 5, Perfection are a few of the Exceptii al ways to desribe this amazing property and hosts! "We stayed with two families for spring break, kids ranged from 9 to 18 years old. Plenty of space, well kept, easy check in and check out. Pool and hot tub were great, patio seating and music a plus. The fishing was an added bonus! 3rd cast in, they caught an 8 or 9 lb bass, followed by 4 or 5 10 lb catfish! Thank you for the memories!"

"The host was great, very attentive and quick to fix anything that came up. The area felt very safe and we had great food and shopping options close by. Our kids played in the pool for endless hours, and even though the pool wasn’t heated, with the Arizona heat it worked out perfectly. This would be a great spot for large families or friends looking to reunite. "

"The host was wonderful, excellent communication, and very accommodating. She handled our early check‑in request quickly and kept us updated throughout our stay. The location of this property and the surrounding community is truly outstanding, and the home is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We also loved the pool table, game room, the large and beautiful pool, and the fantastic putting green. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing in the sun. It seems that the property was likely exceptional when it was first established, and with a bit of refreshing, it could easily return to that level. Some areas show signs of normal wear that can come with being a long‑term vacation rental. The exterior of the home, particularly the back side, could benefit from routine cleaning and pressure washing. The back patio has older outdoor carpeting and a faded rug that doesn’t quite match the otherwise lovely outdoor amenities. The dock felt like it might need an inspection, and the paddle boat had cobwebs and dirt. Inside the home, the carpeting in the dining area, hallways, and bedrooms felt a bit dated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the host’s responsiveness and hospitality."
