The staff and cleaning crew are awesome!! The rooms are nice it's a very comfortable stay no annoying maids hanging in your door before check out. It's just all around pleasant and it's hard to find a good staff and cleaning crew in hotels nowadays

Fantastic room. Near flawless. Helpful service at the desk. Room was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. No complaints at all except that they need more handicapped spaces in front. I had to park on the other side of the building and walk a little far.

Power Outlets by bed were not working we had to use outlet by the bathroom to charge our phones. Lack of amenities like no way to iron your clothes, no iron, and no iron board or a closet. No shampoo and only two very very tiny shower gels. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room and bathroom are recently refurbished. It looks like the picture and is clean. The bed was comfortable. We found it strange to have laminate floors. The ice machine works. There were only two chairs at the pool, but they do have disabled access. Check-in was unpleasant, as was the lack of air conditioning in the halls and elevator.

I just needed a clean place to stay while traveling from Point A to Point B, and this was fine for that purpose. The room appeared to have been updated a little with newer flooring and seemed recently painted. There were signs of wear and tear, but again, it seemed basically pretty clean. I liked that the window could open a little. It was fairly quiet by bedtime. Unfortunately, some of the chairs were a bit torn up. There was no coffee, either in-room or in the lobby, and I couldn't get any hot water at the sink to clean up. All that being said, the staff were all friendly and able to answer all my questions. Not somewhere I'd recommend for an extended stay, but certainly ok for a stop-over.

So, first impressions weren't that great but don't let that deceive you. The room itself was good, clean with a comfy bed and working AC. We were there for the USABMX National, so we quite literally were only there to sleep, so it was fine. The first impressions weren't great. The place is right next to the freeway, you have to be buzzed in and there's a window/screen partition at check in. The staff was all nice and the room was fine. There's no mini-fridge or continental breakfast but that's not a huge deal. They did accept an Amazon package for me no problem, as well. All in all, for what we needed and the price, it was great. It was 10 minutes to the track and saved $50+ each night over places up the road that had better amenities, but that didn't matter because we were just sleeping there.
