“There are no words to describe the experience of staying here. The listing looked too good to be true. “The home was very comfortable to stay in, and even though neighbours are around in this rainforest space, it was still very private. “Our stay at CapeTrib Farmstay was a trip back to nature. It gave us peace, relaxation and home comforts and all secluded within the farms ripening fruit trees. The cabin had an air conditioned bedroom a funtional bathroom and the extended canopy provided cover for comfy seating and a kitchen with gas burners and fridge freezer in an open air environment. “Three nights of bliss - we wish we'd booked longer! It was a beautifully relaxing few days after a busy couple of weeks in Cairns. The location is beautiful, walking distance to the beach. “From the time we checked in we felt relaxed… The outdoor kitchen was an absolute winner for us. I would like to do that for my own property down the line, - as well as the outdoor bathroom. The only thing I would change would be some of the lighting to a warm light, as there was quite a lot of blue fluorescent lights in the place which reduced the ambience - otherwise a top spot for exploring Cow Bay all the way up to Cape Tribulation.
