“We love a simple no-nonsense place and this was perfect for us. The host is very responsive and was constantly checking in with us on what else we need to be comfortable to stay here. The area is close a lot of nice restaurants so that was a plus. We would love to stay here next time we visit San Diego.”

“My partner and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this condo. Even the folks in the building were friendly. We appreciated Rick‘s prompt responses to our questions as newbies- This was our first VRBO stay as opposed to hotels. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay which was nice. At dusk, I captured this great sunset shot from our balcony. Rick had everything we could have possibly needed. Just wish we could have taken the steam shower home with us! Thank you again, and we will……

“Place was perfect for what I was looking for. Right on the beach, and it was a nice beach, Google street view had me worried but the images undersell it. Walkable distance (even for my school-age child) to the pier with lots of restaurants and snack options. Convenient hose to wash feet before going into the place. So nice to have an on-site parking spot. ”
