“This place is cool if you dont mind only using it for sleep. A-frame is kinda awkward to move around in as a taller fella. It is just a bed and A/C in a shack basically. Nice if you want to be near the city and away from noise though. Had a great time.”

“Good stay overall—the house was clean and comfortable. I do wish there had been a couple of complimentary water bottles and some guidance on where to buy groceries. The area feels a bit isolated, and we couldn’t find any major grocery stores nearby. Since we drove in from Houston and were busy preparing for a wedding while juggling family responsibilities, we didn’t have much time to explore the area on our own.”

“This is a new house in a new neighborhood. The house has amazing interiors, perfect for a group of 8-10 people looking for nice place to stay in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a big walking trail right next to the house to walk around. My friends told me the beds and the house were very comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay.”

“All in all, a good experience. The property is gated and, although in a fairly rough area, feels safe enough. The entire process, while somewhat cumbersome, worked out fine in the end. “The apt itself was nice. Spacious enough for 4 adults. Liked the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, there seems to be an ant situation. We left some takeout containers on the counter and when we got back they were covered in ants. We decided to leave our trashcan out in the hallway to avoid more ants in the apartment. We noticed ants in the bathroom and also in both beds/bedding. There was also a weird buzzing alarm that seemed to go off every couple of hours that we couldn’t seem to figure……

“The apartment was pretty nice and close to COTA. It was pretty clean inside except for Dirty wash clothes left in the spare bathroom shower. the instructions to get through the gate and into the apartment were clear, but we did have trouble trying to figure out how to get in the building. The trash cans left in the hall for pick up were not the best but overall, we would stay again.”
