“Always have a great stay at this property. A little older property but well maintained and recently updated. On site steakhouse is excellent. Streetcar line steps from the door making getting around very easy. We do not use much of the on site amenities but location is awesome. Many other excellent restaurants nearby or a streetcar ride away. ”

“We loved our stay! The rooftop pool was perfect for the kids, and the 2 bedroom unit was perfect for all of us! Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms with all the amenities, and even the laundry soap with the washer / dryer! Great grocery store nearby and lots of great dining options. We wanted to move in and stay forever :) highly recommend the Brandywine!!!”

“I think they should remove the keypad to make it safer for their guest.. As the keypad is right next to and in front of a very busy location which could possibly endanger a guest..”

“Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.”

As a single women I would probably not stay here alone again, as someone knocked on my door for an hr starting at 2:30AM However, I thought it was a lovely home and absolutely would recomend it to a couple on a budget that wants to be close to the Jazz Fest or any other New Orleans activities!”

The property, building, and most importantly the room was very clean and appears to be well maintained. “The location was very convenient and check-in was easy. It had a great kitchen and living room area, plus the bathroom was huge and super nice. Overall we loved it; except... The bed was probably THE worst I've ever slept in in a rental, even in discount motels. The mattress was literally about three inches thick on top of springs. There was also a rickety futon which one of us tried sleeping on since the bed was so uncomfortable but it was no better. To make matters worse, our window was……

“The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.”

Also they only provided 4 towels so when we requested more it took a few hours for them to be delivered. The street is a little loud but we expected that due to it being Mardi Gras weekend.
