「The only disappointing aspect of our stay was an interaction at checkout with a front desk employee named Autum. Unfortunately, her demeanor came across as rude and condescending, which is especially disheartening during an early 6:20 AM departure.I had a simple question regarding the valet charges, as we were billed twice despite the car not being moved. It felt somewhat misleading, as “valet parking” typically implies an active service, rather than a static parking charge over multiple days....

「We booked a partial ocean view for our family of four, and had an amazing 4-night stay. The staff were all extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind to all requests. They helped answer all questions across the resort’s offerings, and made our stay all the better. I highly recommend this property for people looking forward to 5-star service upon arrival.」

「The grounds are very nice and cozy. The room was clean but showing its age but more than adequate for a night’s rest. A/c was good, the kitchen was nice to have although the fridge opened on the wrong side making it awkward to open. The desk folks were outstanding, even calling us and staying late to make our late arrival less of a hassle. The breakfast was nice in a pretty setting. I would re commend for longer stays. 」
