「Location is ideal. Bay a block away Ocean 2 blocks away Parking very easy in the garage Staff is 10/10. Issue was with our room… our bedding and the extra blanket bedding had short dog hair all over. We had our room serviced and still dog hair in the sheets and around on the floor. I have allergies and this made it really hard to sleep and be in the room at all.」

「There was no housekeeping in the room at all for a 5 day stay. The toilet was DIRTY when we arrived, I wiped it down myself. The trash was not emptied once- I brought it to the dumpster myself. No fresh towels delivered, no one takes used towels so they just pile up. I had to ask for a broom at the front desk- with a beach stay sand gets tracked in no matter how hard you try. For $400 + a night, you expect at least bare minimum- this didn’t even get there. We were kept up all night by people...
