「I had a very large, very nicely furnished room. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Although I just have coffee and toast for breakfast, they provided a variety of hot dishes, cereal and fruits. There was plenty of hot water at all times. They provided a kettle and coffee/tea and bottled water daily which were most welcome. 「This was my first trip with my brother and the hotel was recommended by my good mate in Delhi. We genuinely loved our 4 night stay at the hotel. The staff is very polite and cooperative. Our room was clean, well lit and well furnished. The breakfast buffet and the food were just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. There's free WiFi as well which was a cherry on top... Pickup and drop service to airport please choose to that service it's good and recommend 」

"We request 2 twin beds with a smoking room, but when we check in, the staff tell us the twin bed don’t have smoking room. Then why we can choose twin bed with smoking room? I don’t know the problem is from the staff or expedia, and the answer is the same from the staff. Ok then, doesn’t matter the problem from ibis or Expedia, you should correct your option anyway from the situation like this. Hope this comment can let the one come after to know the situation. In the future , I won’t choose ibis again, since the staff answer is keep looping…looping…"
