Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This remodeled cottage features a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Spend your days either relaxing in the quiet patio surrounded by greenery or walk to Pineapple Grove or the Ave for a drink or bite to eat.

Enjoy time at the beach with your friends and family and in the evening take a stroll through the historic district soaking in the real culture of Delray Beach.

Cozy, cottage feel. The two bedrooms have plenty of space and the living room is a great gathering area! The quaint kitchen and luscious green patio has everything you need to have delicious dinners for a night in.

This home is a part of a private duplex. You will have your own private entrance, patio, and parking. If you’re looking for something bigger or have friends traveling with you, let us know and we can book both units for you. That’s a total for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

You have access to the back patio, backyard and side yard of the home.

House is adorable and clean. Some windows need repair or replacement. Bedding especially pillows are awful and overall the bedrooms were dark and need upgrades.Other than that house is great. House needs more outside lighting at night bc I was a bit concerned as single woman when I saw at night. During day fine.

Great location

Very nice location in Delray Beach. Very quiet; except for the Brightline train which runs by periodically a couple blocks away. My husband and I visited Delray Beach to attend the men's tennis event, and it was an easy, beautiful walk to get there; plus to lots of great restaurants. Never used our car after we pulled into the driveway. A Publix is about three blocks away.
