The yard includes :

-a large 32 ‘by 16’ Pool

-2 queen size cabanas

-8 loungers

-Two person Swing set

-10 person gazebo

-10 person fire pit

-A games area which includes cornhole and ping pong

All four villas have their own 600 sq ft private fully fenced back yard which includes an outdoor dining table a seating area and a bbq grill

-Living room opens up to 6 seating dining and fully stocked kitchen

-private fenced in back yard with lush landscaping

-private patio with propane BBQ grill, seating and sun shade

Parking for 4 vehicles. Area is walkable. Bicycles upon request or you can use the Freebee (Delray beach’s free golf cart)

The host lives and works in Delray Beach he is reachable by phone all day

Residential neighborhood 1/2 a mile from the beach and downtown Delray

Car Uber or Freebee golf cart

Enjoy playing football all or soccer at the large park just steps from your villa or take the FreeBee golf cart ride picking you up at your front door to take you downtown or to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen for a fun weekend or a long term stay.
