「The access to the front door was walking from the road, that was uphill from the cabin, down a big boulder..no steps to get down to the cabin. it had a futon that looked 30 yrs worn, no padding in the cushion. the steps up to the beds were extremely steep and dangerous.. no back boards on the steps, like walking a steep ladder. we can do steps... but this was ridiculous. tried to request a different cabin, They were so low staffed, that only one person was assigned cleaning all the...

「The room was nice, one of the staff was incredibly rude though over the phone. The man I spoke to on the property sounded like he was Indian and got crazy over the phone w/ me all because I had asked ab a cancellation. He couldn’t explain to me why in an emergency they couldn’t cancel and refund & said it was my problem. I stayed calm w/ him and eventually worked it out w/ me saying he wouldn’t write the check in as a no show and while we lost a nights stay We would be able to check in anytime....
