Spacious Talkeetna home on Ruth Glacier Avenue
- Looking for a fully furnished, comfortable house that can sleep 10? This 2-story home has a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry closet and a bathroom. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms each with queen beds, two bonus rooms that have two twin beds each and a bathroom servicing them. There is a covered deck that hosts a propane grill, couches, tables and chairs for your outdoor relaxation surrounded by a grass yard. Lots of parking in the driveway. We are located just off the Talkeetna Spur road. We are 4 miles from the Parks Highway Junction and 10 miles from Talkeetna's town site. We are directly across from the bike path that connects the Parks Highway with the Talkeetna townsite.

This is a wonderful place, very clean and stocked with everything our group of 6 needed. Host was easy to get in contact with and informative. Would definitely stay here again. Try out the Flying Squirrel Bakery- excellent!

Great place to stay right next to Talkeetna & easy driving distance to Denali National Park. We stayed in some tiny home cabins prior to staying here & everyone commented how much more comfortable the stay at this home was! We went into Talkeetna multiple days & the locals told us where to go to see Denali's peak, which was a highlight of our trip. Denali Brewing & Mountain High Pizza both were great for local places to eat and recommended by the hosts.

The house is in a fantastic location, close to both Talkeetna and the drive to Denali, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The home is spacious and well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. After spending a week in hotels, this was a welcome change. It was so nice to relax, cook dinner, and catch up on laundry. We truly appreciated having a comfortable place to unwind and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic host. Owner was very attentive even down to stocking seasonings and little pantry staples to facilitate cooking. She was easily reachable if we had any questions. House was very comfortable, clean, and spacious which worked great for our party of 8. Loved it.

The home was wonderful. It was charming and filled with tons of thoughtful touches for the guests. The host thought of everything! Talkeetna is a quirky small town and the house is a few miles away but in a great spot. Beds are comfy, towels and linens are top notch. Communication with the host was easy and information was spot on. Don’t hesitate to book if looking for a house in the area. thank you for hosting my family!!

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was perfect for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and in perfect condition. The kitchen was very well equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck and having a cook-out to take advantage of the great weather we had during our stay.
