「好的：環境清淨，遠離市區，整體表現不錯，房間大，價錢適當合理，有游泳池及蒸汽浴室。 不好的：兩層式沒有電梯，尾房需要走很遠。」

「安排的房间一般，不理想，没有以前好。。。。。。。。」

「Overall good and busy place. Good value for money」

「The hotel service is good and the environment is nice, but it is far away from windsor castle, need to drive 15 mins. The food though is very good.」

「Staffs are helpful but the operation procedure is not smooth. I have reserved a double room but given a twin room. Seems they had solved our room type but they haven’t changed in the system as they looked very confused of my reservation. They misunderstood my stay as 1 night but actually is 2 nights. Spent lots of time on my reservation to issue my correct room. I saw there were other guests which may have similar situations as us. There was a smell at the bathroom. The bedside lamps did not...

「It is a good place near the airport in London.」

「I left a belonging and I emailed to get it returned and I received no reply.」

「Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast.」

「We loved the French gentleman on Reception! He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He gave us great advice where to go in Marlow for the evening. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the huge conservatory at the back overlooking the lake was lovely. Great choice on the buffet.」
