Great location. House is in good condition. Beach location is excellent. For the price, some of the amenities could have been upgraded (beach chairs, lack of umbrellas, cooking utensils, etc). Including linens was a big plus.

Communication was great. Having two kitchens was really great. We loved the pool and hot tub. The yard and location to the beach was unbeatable
