Rooms are tidy and comfortable, even if on the rustic side of the spectrum. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Grounds are well maintained and they provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and water toys to make the beach days that much easier.

This was truly the dreamiest stay ever! It was my first time on the Cape and I am so glad we stayed at the Sesuit Harbor House. The owners/staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the yard space was so nice, especially with a toddler, and loved being able to spend so much time outside. The breakfast was the cutest thing, I loved getting a basket with goodies to enjoy outdoors. Thank you for the staff, this place was truly a dream. Can't wait to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sesuit house! Our room was small and older, but clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the pool, the little soccer field and cornhole set, playing connect four, visiting the goats, and having a picnic every morning for breakfast. Very pleasant and relaxing location, close proximity to Mayflower Beach where we enjoyed the amazing tide pools and sunset. A great place to stay mid Cape!

What a hidden gem! We were looking for an overnight on the Cape close to all our favorite places and this was the perfect place. Host so incredibly gracious - hospitality is alive at this place! The room was clean and spacious, the grounds immaculate and beautiful- pool and Adirondack chairs. The picnic basket in the morning was such a fun and delicious treat. We will be back!
