Comments on the Property
A few main comments on the property. One, there is no king bed here. 3 queens upstairs that appear new and 2 other beds downstairs. The pool table shown is on a slanted back patio and completely non-playable, all the balls literally roll to one side of the table. The car port is really only for 1 car. The primary bedroom shower is very small, almost impossible to not be directly under a rainforest shower head. Bathrooms appear recently renovated in an otherwise older home.
The property is adjacent to some great walking paths that interconnect with several other major Denver multi-use paths. Great for kids and dog walking off the street.
