House was clean and welcoming. Shower door in upstairs bathroom didnt always keep the water in tub so we got the floor wet but everything was great! Didnt have pets but we appreciated the kids toys very much! Thank you again!

The place was nice. There was plenty of room for our family traveling to Colorado and for family to come visit while we were there. I would note for other travelers that the handicap shower is downstairs which could be difficult for some and is useful knowledge in planning trips with mobility challenges. Beds were comfortable and thw outdoor seating area was nice with the good weather!

Comments on the Property

A few main comments on the property. One, there is no king bed here. 3 queens upstairs that appear new and 2 other beds downstairs. The pool table shown is on a slanted back patio and completely non-playable, all the balls literally roll to one side of the table. The car port is really only for 1 car. The primary bedroom shower is very small, almost impossible to not be directly under a rainforest shower head. Bathrooms appear recently renovated in an otherwise older home. The property is adjacent to some great walking paths that interconnect with several other major Denver multi-use paths. Great for kids and dog walking off the street.
