Nice little spot

Nice and clean. No control of AC so it got a little hot at times, when communicated w/ owner I was told to turn on ceiling fans! The stairs down to the lower apartment are steep so be aware. That’s my only complaint! She was very sweet!

Suited our needs

Positives: Violeta was very responsive to questions and quickly fixed the one issue we had. The kitchen basics were there and it was easy to find extras of things like toilet paper. The layout of the apartment is a little odd but it worked fine. The neighborhood is nice and getting around was easy. My kiddo was very excited about the bunk beds!Negatives: If you have mobility issues, know that there’s no handrail on the stairs down. Also, the purpose of our trip was to go to Children’s Hospital, and the house was 15-20 minutes away, which was more than I expected.
