Pretty horrible stay. Had to check out early due to a family medical emergency and was charged an additional $92 on top of the full stay. Room smelt musty and there were stains on the bedding and walls. Pool was closed, breakfast was disappointing, elevator floor was cracked and always dirty. Staff was very curt and barely spoke to me during check in or check out. You'd be better off just sleeping in your car than booking here.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was really good. Our bathroom when you flushed was super loud and pressure made popping noise each time, tub did have hairs in it. AC unit was cracked but still worked :) Pool was out of service.

We didn't love the stay. We were disappointed the pool was out of service especially since we chose this hotel for that specific feature and paid a higher price than neighboring hotels for it to be included. When we asked about it we were told we could drive to the Radisson and swim there and they would let us but feel that is really inconvenient. The rooms were tidy but the cleanliness was questionable. The drawers in the room would not stay closed on the bedside or the dresser so we were constantly having to work around them. The staff was by far the best part. Each person we encountered was very friendly and professional.

It was everything you would want and expect from your hotel stay. I particularly appreciate the small things like a quiet refrigerator and drapes that pull smoothly.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had fluffy eggs and lots of toppings for oatmeal. Room clean, water hot, bed comfortable. My only suggestion is to replace a belt in the equipment next to the hot tub…it’s a little noisy.

When we checked in the hotel didn't have our reservation through hotels.com, but Johnathan and the other man working the front desk(sorry, I didn't get his name) worked hard to fix the situation. The room was spacious and clean, and well worth the price we paid. The hotel was in a nice area and convenient to many things. The breakfast was great.

Beds were clean but a bit soft. A/c worked but a bit off (quite cold to not enough). Breakfast sausages made my autistic son's morning. And staff was very understanding with him stimming. Location is great. Quiet. Only downside was door on end was exit only..

Beds were comfortable and clean, ac worked great and the water pressure was awesome. The hot tub does make the floors shake when turned on, but they have pool hours so the disturbance stops at 10 pm sharp and doesn't start back up until 10 am. Breakfast has a lot of good options! Overall, would stay again. Good value
