Our host was very welcoming and the house is lovely - very nicely decorated. It is an extremely comfortable home. The layout is perfect for gathering, finding quiet spaces for yourself, and for relaxing. We were a very small group for this house, but I could see a larger group really appreciating all the different spaces for hanging out! The gameroom is really well-designed with lots of perfect activities to entertain all ages. The little understair reading nook was fun and creative. The house seemed incredibly clean and contained everything we needed. Again, it is well-decorated and at the same time homey. We were able to have our 2 year old granddaughter visit and know that she was secure (babygate for the stairs). The house was also fairly safe in terms of not having lots of breakable items around. The neighborhood is quiet and we slept extremely well on very comfortable beds. There are great TV's in every room. My husband enjoyed nightly hottubs and we were able to get in a couple games of pingpong. We make frequent trips to Arvada, and I would definitely consider this house again.
