✹ The home is serviced monthly by Terminix, but because of the natural surroundings, bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, and ants can still appear. Please do not leave doors, sliders, or windows open. We do not offer refunds for pests found in or around the property.

✹ Exterior Ring cameras are located at the front door, above the garage, and on the side of the backyard for security purposes. These devices are always on and record audio and video when motion is detected.
