Beautiful modern home

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful, in a great location just a few blocks from Olde Town, and had some extras that were perfect for us. We travel to Arvada several times a year and will definitely stay here again.

Well stocked kitchen, great counter space, manager available when we needed her at check-in. Very cute bunk bed room with kid's toys and books. Would recommend to friends and family!

Colorado Sparkler

We stayed at this great condo during the Colorado Sparkler for our daughter’s 16U softball tournament and couldn’t have been happier. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the brand-new air conditioning kept the place ice cold—perfect after long days at the fields. Check-in was a breeze, and everything was spotless, which is a top priority for our family. We would absolutely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again!

This property could not have been more perfect! So spacious, clean, had everything we needed, 10min walk to Olde Town Arvada, and rental information was very easy to navigate. We'll be staying here again!

Great location and set up. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only complaint is the twin bunks were pretty squeaky. I have teens and they didn't love those beds, but otherwise the place was perfect.
