Modern 3BR House – RiNo Art District

Enjoy Denver from this modern 2-story home in the vibrant RiNo Arts District. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it’s perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

Just two blocks from Larimer Street, you’re steps from restaurants, breweries, and shops, and a short walk to downtown. Free 2-hour street parking is available out front, with 24-hour free parking just a block away on 28th Street.


The space
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms each with queen sized beds. The primary suite includes a queen bed, full closet, and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms also feature queen beds and closets, connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There is also a dedicated workspace.

Downstairs offers a living room, a dining area with a table for eight, and a modern kitchen with an island, perfect for cooking or casual hangouts.

Step outside to enjoy the private patio and backyard, complete with a propane grill for outdoor meals and relaxing evenings.

Wonderful!

The house was lovely! Large, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Plenty of good places to eat within walking distance as well. Nicolas was quick to respond messages. Highly recommend.

Excellent Home/Host

We came to Denver for a conference. Nicolas was an excellent host, always checking in on us to make sure we were having a great stay. The house was clean and had many ammenities that we used. Overall it was an excellent choice and will definitely stay here again if needed.
