Great location to Red Rocks, downtown Denver, and Idaho Springs. The house was perfect for our family- lots of room and the host was very responsive. Will stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I attended a conference at CCU and rented this house for a family/friends vacation. We had a wonderful time. The house is walking distance from the campus and was spacious for our needs (5 adults). The outdoor area was a real plus. So nice to have morning coffee and nightly drinks on the patio in the cool Colorado summer weather. We had a nice opportunity to meet the owner. He gave us a beautiful big zucchini from his garden which we grilled that night for supper!

Large rental in Lakewood.

I didn't realize the bedrooms were upstairs. Thank goodness there was one bedroom downstairs as I could not go up the stairs. Just wish the tub in the bathroom across my bedroom had safety bars to get in and out and a raised toilet. Those items seem to be in more and more and make it so much easier for those of us who are no longer young and agile.

We checked with the owners and were able to have our daughter’s roommates and their parents over for a dinner. We had plenty of room and greatly enjoyed out time. Our daughter greatly enjoyed the chickens in the back yard.
