Great place for young adults

We had a wonderful time. The house was great. We especially enjoyed the backyard area, with hot tub, seating areas, and miniature golf. The game room and sauna were also huge hits. Jill was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice and newly updated home

We had a great time! While it didn’t look like all 9 of us would fit comfortably in the house from the impression the exterior gives, but we absolutely did! Downstairs was converted into 2 large bedrooms with kings, so everyone was comfortable. Thank you!

Denver stay

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Property manager was extremely communicative and constantly checking in on our stay. House accommodated all adults and pet comfortably. The only thing I would suggest is to have more surface area by the sinks in the bathrooms to set toiletries, makeup, hair tools, etc., but that was not a deal breaker. We would definitely book again!!

Thanksgiving

We flew in from our home in Florida to spend the thanksgiving holiday with my two grown children and their spouses. The house was laid out perfectly and didn’t feel crowded with the two levels. We watched football downstairs on the big screen. The house is centrally located and close to old Arvada, which is a great little town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We would recommend

Cute and comfy

The host was awesome with great communication! The house is cute and in a good safe neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed the projector screen downstairs. We had a movie weekend for cinco de mayo. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub. But it looked very inviting. And the house has PLENTY of big towels! The only thing that was hard to get use to were the lights. They’re extremely bright. Like TOO BRIGHT lol and ppl like me who get migraines, Bright lights trigger them, And having those lights right above the bed wasn’t too fun. So to those who are light sensitive beware of that. Which wasn’t a biggie we kept the kitchen light on it was bright enough to light the living room in. Other then that small issue everything else was wonder. Thank you for having us! Until next time !

This home in Arvada was exactly as advertised and perfect for us to celebrate our wedding weekend with family, friends, and our bernedoodle. Everything was clean and ready to go and the amenities were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here with your group as well!

Property has everything! Loved playing with the kids in the game room, in the hot tub, and golf, plus the movie room and popcorn. Very clean. Comfortable sleeping and very responsible host.

Peaceful in city stay.

This was a very quiet stay, we were close to everything we needed and easy access to the interstate for us to get out and visit the sites. Absolutely beautiful house and very well laid out for the entire family.

Great house for extended stay. Plenty of space to spread out and activities to keep yourself entertained. Easy access to restaurants and walking path. Very responsive support team. **if you want to use the movie projector, bring a bluetooth speaker. Otherwise no sound.

Out of state wedding

We booked this house for an out of state wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! Jill was so hospitable and communicative throughout our stay, the house itself was immaculately clean and offered tons of space for everyone to relax! 10/10 would book again!
