Experience comfort and convenience in our 2BR/1BA garden-level retreat. Perfect for couples, small families, or remote workers, this cozy space offers a seamless blend of style and functionality. Enjoy a private outdoor area ideal for relaxation or dining. Located close to local attractions with easy mountain access, our home is your perfect getaway for exploring the area or simply unwinding in a peaceful setting.
- Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. The house has an upstairs tenant and the yard is a shared space. You are welcome to use the furniture located in the yard.

- Noise complaints may result in fines.

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00 am. Late fees may apply if guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.
