Immerse yourself in Denver's historic and highly desirable Five Points neighborhood in our newly remodeled 2-bedroom house. Situated just north of Downtown, this house provides ideal access to everything Denver offers. Enjoy innovative coffeehouses and craft breweries, visit museums, and experience live music from all genres at independent music venues, or eat at beloved soul food and barbecue institutions. Located within a short walk to some of Denver's best attractions, including Coors Field (under 1 mile), several great Colorado breweries, such as Great Divide and Woods Boss, and all one-of-a-kind restaurant options in the River North neighborhood.

With 2 separate bedrooms, 4 people can comfortably stay in this beautifully updated home. The house has all the amenities necessary for a relaxing stay, including brand-new furnishings and kitchen appliances. If you are looking to cook a big meal, we have everything you need in our fully stocked if you find we are missing something, call, and we'll have it delivered the same day.

The pros: there was a guest parking pass which made things much easier with parking, the space was overall clean and fine for what it was. The area felt safe, and we were able to walk to a nearby coffee shop each morning.The cons: House smelled musty as soon as we walked in. It was difficult to sleep with the smell and windows were taped shut so couldn’t open to air out the house. The doorknob to the bathroom was broken, kept falling out from the other side. There was an unsecured outlet, spiderwebs in the corners, and rugs that looked dirty. Throw pillows (obviously unwashed) were propped up against the clean bedroom pillows. The bed frames were made from cloth which isn’t hygienic. After reading all the incredible reviews, honestly a bit disappointing.

Everything was wonderful, only minor flaw was missing parking pass. Turned out was not a big problem as we were gone most of daytime hours. Would definitely use again. Within walking distance of majority of Denver places we like to go to as well as daughter's home..

I'm a repeat renter. Apartment is as advertised. TV somewhat a challenge for older renters. Would update instructions. Too many remotes. Great walking access to RINO restaurants. Parking not a problem.

Nice House near Downtown

Property well-equipped, quality furnishings, intriguing and attractive art pieces, excellent internet and streaming and convenient kitchen and washer-dryer, information and instructions from property manager was helpful and relevant, proper is located convenient to Five Points, Downtown, 16th Street Mall, had no problem with parking rental car, either directly in front or on side of house.

Affordable stay close to Downtown

This little place is terrific! It was very clean and tidy and maintained a welcoming atmosphere. Myself and my guests were all very comfortable with the layout and loved the proximity to all that downtown has to offer while being in a quiet-ish neighborhood, The neighbors next door were super cool and pleasant to talk to. They had some really great recommendations as to local eateries, coffee shops, and they had some really great insight regarding the local venews. The property manager was communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cute, convenient

This was a very cute, historic house. All updated. It’s in convenient walking distance to stores and restaurants. Ubured most places though due to the issue of the homeless in the area…throughout Denver, not just in the location of the house. If it were just my mom and I, I wouldn’t have been concerned walking. But with my son I was wary as some were openly doing hard drugs.

Amazing

Beautiful. As described. Easy to get to and so close to downtown. So many earing establiments near by. Yes there are a few himeless camps nearby byt they dont bother you. I HUGHLY recommend renting thus fine home for a wonderful stay. Fully equipped with personal essentials and every kitchen needs. I would give it an 11 star if there were 11 stars. So easy to fibd. The property managers messaged us to make sur we werewere happy and asked if we needed anything.
